This luxury villa is set in 560 M2 garden, surrounded with a beautiful terrace which includes a private barbeque and a heated pool at the front of the house. There is an additional terrace on the other end of the property with a trampoline and kids play area.

The well-presented, radiant and spacious interior is beautifully decorated marrying modern, traditional and rustic elements, with cool stonework and exposed beams allsoaked in an abundance of natural light and contemporary finishes.

This unique two-story, four-bedroom villa is equipped with every possible amenity to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. In addition to the bedrooms, the house includes three newly-decorated bathrooms, a sauna, and an open plan kitchenand living room area.

The ground floor entrance opens onto a main large living room, open plan kitchen and dining room area that features gallery and beamed ceilings. The fully equipped modern kitchen comes with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and all the utensils youneed to cook your favourite dishes. The ground floor also includes two uniquely styled double bedrooms, two bathrooms and sauna room.

A wonderful stay at villa.

We were 8 people and had a wonderful stay at villa.
The villa was very clean and had everything you need. The pool was also great and the surroundings were very nice and quiet and you could turn it off very well. I would definitely book again. If we had any questions, Ira was always quick to reach 😀

Had the time of our life!

Ira was great. She welcomed us with some local homemade specialties. If we had a question, we could write to her and she responded within a very short time. She also provided us with recommendations regarding quiet beaches, restaurants and other locations.
The house is very clean, equipped with air conditioning everywhere and has a modern well-equipped kitchen where you like to cook for yourself. The sauna is enough for 2 people and there is a pool with shower. A large wooden grill is available. The grounds are very well maintained overall, large and beautifully landscaped.
The nearest large shop, as well as a gas station, is a few minutes away in Benkovac. To Zadar it takes about 35 minutes without a toll, where there is some free parking. We also visited the Krka waterfalls.
Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we’ve been to! Glad to come back 🙂

We were there as a group of 9 people. It was beautiful and well maintained. The house is very large and you have a lot of space.
The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make the stay as nice as possible. If you have any questions, you could always contact them.
